“Lovely, comfortable cottage in a great location for a range of activities. Cosy for an October break but would be fantastic in warmer weather too. Our only small criticism was the night time temperature was set at 15 degrees and couldn’t be changed and while there was lots of cosy bedding we had a toddler who still wakes a couple of times in the night so it was a bit cold tending to him. Still a 5⭐️ break.”

“What a lovely, spotless cabin in a unique and wonderful setting. Cosy beds, Prosecco in the fridge and rugs to snuggle up in, these owners have thought of everything. Brilliant communicators too with very quick responses. Will certainly be back.”

“This cottage was perfect for our stay. The cleanliness and quality of all the rooms meant it was extremely comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly. There was some nice personal touches as well, such as a welcome pack on arrival. The location was ideal, Ballater is beautiful and has great walks straight out the door of the cottage and there is a good variety of food and drink in the town which were all very good quality. Balmoral and the Glenshee ski area were only a short……

“This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. It is a very cosy and comfortable holiday cottage, that is well equipped. It has comforrtable beds, with sparkling white linens and towels. It is located excellent for the town, with a fabulous bakery and butchers. We also sampled the fish and chips which were very good too. Would definitely reccomend to friends and family.
