「Very pleasant stay experience」

「The suite was nice for the price we got. The bed was comfortable and the staff were good. The only complaint was the pool had such a strong smell of chlorine, that my husband and I didn't want to use the pool or hot tub.」

「Hotel was older but room and bedding was clean. The only negative was a “wet dog” smell in the room. We opened the window and air out the room which seemed to help. Staff was Amazing and gave wonderful customer service. Breakfast was good」

「Property and the staff were super nice. Quiet and clean. Normally get a hotel when in town, but this was a very nice change and had good vibes. Didnt get to check out the hot tub, but will next time. Also, the other customers were friendly too! 」

「Great hotel very close to convention centre」

「Hotel was being used as a housing unit for some misplaced individuals. We thought it would be fine so we proceeded with our stay at the hotel only to arrive and immediately ask that we be switched to a new hotel. Floors 1-9 were FULL, consequently could not use any of the amenities they had to offer us. We were escorted even in the elevators by security with random people running in and out of the building a very unsettling experience. Area around the hotel was not nice either. 」

「Another family was confrontational and aggressive in pool area bc they claimed our children were intentionally whipping water at them. Our children love going down the slide, its not in our power or yours to control the splashes of the slide controlled by gravity to intentionally whip another child in the face💦 Also, the mother in question was seated by the end of the slide, she moved the chair herself.」

「we were initially put into their worst room im sure. it had torn curtains, dirty floors, workmen tools in the bathroom and wood dust even on the toilet seat, dusty shoe prints on the seat bench, peeled desk-chair, dried spill marks on furniture, gum on sofa... it was unbelievable! i was so upset. My husband spoke with them and they instantly apologized and gave us a very clean room with none of the problems. i felt very disrespected and profiled (I am African-Canadian). 」
