“Very good hotel ”

“简直糟糕透了。前台两位女工作人员，一脸不耐烦，好像旅客都欠他们的一样。不是那种面无表情哦，是那种冷着你给你摆脸子呢。真是令人不开心。整个酒店服务都很冷漠，就是那种懒得搭理你。 还有就是去迪士尼班车时间真的太少了，一天一趟到两趟，而且时间基本都不太有意义。 整体设施就那样吧，比较旧。 ”

“I enjoyed myself at this beautiful property, I wanted to go on a relaxing vacation and this property really allowed me that. It was quiet, beautiful, and clean. My son did not want to leave he wanted to stay an extra day. My only concern was parking, I love the idea of wellness but when you are in the buildings in the back it’s a lot of walking lol 😂😂😂 especially when you left a restaurant. Overall this a spot you can enjoy with your family. Luxury, it feels like you are home. I recommend……

“The water quality in the swimming pool is terrible☹️ We live in room number 263. Our family is on vacation. A group of 7 of us went swimming and all were infected with allergies and had symptoms of red spots, which were very itchy. Because our flight is at 6 in the morning, we don't have time to report the situation to the front desk. We also did not get the breakfast that we should’ve. Breakfast Included and Conditions for Serving Breakfast”

“性价比很高。公园玩累了在酒店休整一下也很舒服。泳池很棒。酒店有shuttle去迪士尼，但时间固定比较受限。打Lyft去迪士尼十块钱左右，比自己开车去方便很多。”

“Facility was dated, but clean. A minor blemish is that a tile was missing from the bathroom shower. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Our sports venue was less than 5 minutes away. Good location ”

“Great spot! You can Uber to Disney back and forth from your room and it’s the same or less than parking. Host was super nice and accommodating we needed up extending our stay. Room had everything you need and we never had any issues. ”

“nd quiet. Nobody bothering you the pool was amazing and heated the jacuzzi whew amazing lol. I will definitely book again when I visit. The view is also so nice in the backyard seeing the water. Option to even use the boat but I was scared of alligators lol so I stayed on shore. It’s an amazing quiet place. Even slept in a couple times due to the quietness and not knowing it was day time lol. Definitely an amazing birthday trip”

“My only issue is I wish they gave us some basic cleaning supplies and trash bags”
