「I loved this hotel by the Mississippi River. Room was a delight, chose bluff side. Some complain about train noise, only heard one during stay. Breakfast I’d rate as excellent with many choices including fried eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles and assorted breads. Only downside was limited parking but we always managed a spot. Overall, very good.」

「Usually have great service and stay here. This time not so much. Tv wasnt working in one of rooms, airs auto setting wasnt working, my price i booked early was a lot more then price daughter got the day before. Also breakfast was not stocked well. no butter all 3 days there, coffee empty several times. were at breakfast sunday and limited choices compared to friday morning. Towels were empty at pool on saturday afternoon.」

「When we arrived here there were signs all over the door that it was shut down by the city. It had been shut down for a month at that point. They accepted the reservation and took my money off my card immediately knowing that they were shut down and couldn't give us a room 」

「Check-in staff did not speak English; had to call someone on the phone to check us in. First room had completely wet carpet. Next room was missing any soap/shampoo but staff could not be found at front desk to remedy. Rarely saw any staff on property. Overall needs updating.」
