「My room was absolutely lovely - fan on and window open ready for me on what was a very hot day. Very clean, comfortable and all the staff were welcoming and friendly. Dinner excellent as was the breakfast. EV charger most welcome too. 」

「Excellent service with genuine friendly staff. Brilliant team under leadership of manager John. Lovely room with everything you need for a comfortable stay including fresh flask of milk each day. Good menu choice in the restaurant with fresh fish and local meat all delicious. Plentiful breakfast of very high quality. 「Great quirky pub, restaurant and hotel. Ideal for us on our way to Norwich. Have stayed before, so was looking forward to going back. Delicious food, lovely, comfy beds in fun 'cow' themed rooms. The place is spotlessly clean and the staff are wonderful. Will definitely stay there again, on our next trip to that part of the world.」

「This property is a real find. It has character and it is reasonably priced for the service received. Breakfasts were great and reasonable choices for our 2 night dinner stay. Very close to a pebbly beach and not far from Southwold, Aldburagh, Norwich and the broads.」

「The hotel is part of a historic inn which was very atmospheric. We stayed in a family room for 3 people and the room was warm and cosy and welcoming as we arrived just before 9pm and it was a bit chilly in the countryside. Breakfast was excellent and in a nice dining room in a genuine rural setting. Service was friendly & excellent.」
