「Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The bar was great, the 18 year old bartender was very fun and knowledgeable. The pool/hot tub patio area are right next to bar and very nice. Property has been updated and room was was spacious, with lots of closet space. I prefer a firmer mattress than the one in the room, but my sister thought it was very comfortable」

「We had a hard time getting checked in, it took over an hour due to some system error they were having. After that the stay was pleasant.」

「We will never stay at this hotel again. We recieved two complaints about being loud and stomping. One was about 10 minutes after we arrived. We were in no way doing any of the things they said we did. We had barely got our stuff set down. We also recieved another call at 6 in the am saying they got two more calls complaining on us. We should have never received a call at 6 in the morning. My daughter was still asleep, and the phone call woke her up.」

「The check-in went well, except that we were surprised by the additional $50 fee for "incidentals." This wasn't on the original reservation and, contrary to what the employee said during check-in, we were charged that fee and it wasn't refunded to our account for a few days. The room was clean, but it had a damp feel to it, which was also a bit concerning.」

「No clean towels and no room cleaning during my two night stay. 2 story with No elevators. Only outside stairs.」

「Pillows and mattress are from the 19th century. Bed cover did not fit properly and the bed skirt was not properly fitted to bed」

「The toilet was broken and the sheets looked dirty had to go buy a blanket to put on to sleep. Woke up with a bite and swollen neck. The wall was broken and the sink had rust as well as the showers.」

「Everyone at the property was friendly and helpful. There was a problem the first night I was the but the staff was very accommodating and took care of it. My room was nice and clean, Breakfast was great every morning. If I had to make any suggestions, request to stay on the first floor. Looks like those rooms are updated more recently. Great place to stay!」

「The hotel itself was very sketchy, I travelled with my family and I will definitely never stay here again. The front desk lady was very nice but the room itself especially the ones in the back were not what I was expecting. The bedsheets looked “washed” but there were questionable stains all over to where I did not feel comfortable for my kids or myself to sleep on! Changed the bedsheets but the bed itself was also disgusting!」
