"Place was perfect for what we all needed for the weekend. Walking distance to town and very spacious for hanging out after wine tasting. Couldn't turn the outdoor grill on but made due cooking inside. Will definitely recommend this place to others and try to stay again another time. Bonus to the heated toilet seats "

"Great stay as advertised. Location is located within walking of shops and restaurants to downtown Murphys. Lovely and central location. Fantastic hot tub and room for a larger family or multiple friend visit. Door is a little tricky to ensure closure when you leave, but other than that, we had a great time."

"The Parkside is a charming cottage in a great location. A 5 minute walk to downtown Murphys. You and see and hear the creek from the back yard, the 2 bed 2 bath set up is perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds comfortable. And the cottage was very clean! We'll definitely stay there again."

"Great place with everything we needed. Very close to downtown Murphy's and an hour from Bear Valley. AC kept the main areas cool during a heat wave. I did not realize the house does not have Wi-Fi, but that was my own oversight and not the fault of the owner. Owner was prompt and courteous in replying. Yard had plenty of space for our small dog to explore. Neighborhood was quiet and calm. Would stay again if we were visiting the area. "
