2 bed new build second floor flat in Harbour area of Irvine, close to popular pubs, restaurants and minutes walk from the beach.

Recently re-introduced to the rental market is this new build 2 bedroom apartment located in the popular Harbour area of Irvine. This luxury property is right on the doorstep of many top quality restaurants and bars and you will find the beach approx. 100 yards away. Irvine beach offers beautiful walks and kids play areas.

The property benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, which is open plan onto lounge area. This has a large comfortable sofa and Smart TV, Wifi is complimentary. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite shower room and the other has twin beds, both have built in wardrobe space. Family bathroom with shower over bath.

The building benefits from secure entry and immaculate communal areas and grounds, the front of the building offers a parking space for one car and visitors parking.

Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in thisdevelopment, failure to comply will lead to a fine.

Great location

Apartment door lock was challenging Fry pan was badly scarred Washer dryer is difficult to figure out and shakes badly. We enjoyed our stay We recommend a binder with info for those of us who are not used to UK appliances. Otherwise, great place, great location, well furnished, quiet…no noisy neighbours….great easy walks to train and shopping
