This was a perfectly acceptable stay. Some changed to the rooms were noted...great showers, new curtains. But same old furniture and carpet. Breakfast was more than adequate...just lacking in a bit of finesse. Staff were friendly and helpful. Handy location for my visit. Would recommend and would return.

Bed was nice and comfy, good tea and coffee selection & towels super fluffy. I had fish and chips for my evening meal and it was delicious!. My room was spacious but a little Tierd & dated compared to some other hotels I have stayed at. All in all I had a good sleep in a clean comfortable bed. I would recommend riverside lodge for an overnight stay or a short break.
