“We booked a room through Expedia at the Vista Verde Hotel but when we arrived, they told us that they thought we had cancelled our reservation and they had no available rooms. We had cancelled a longer stay we had made and re-booked it for just one night but they said they had no record of it even though we had an itinerary through Expedia. “La propiedad requiere mantenimiento ya que la cerradura de la puerta no servia en una de las habitaciones y en la otra era muy dificil manejarla. No tiene ascensores y hay que subir 3 pisos por escaleras (fatal). Deberian indicar que no tiene ascensor, ya que no se advierte en la plataforma. No habia agua caliente. ”
