"I liked the way they make you feel upon arrival. You’re greeted with champagne and a fresh coconut. Check in is a breeze and you also get A tour of your room and amenities. Food/restaurants are amazing and excellent service. Highly recommend rooftop Dao Chinese restaurant. This was our favorite, great service, ambience, food & dessert. There ate many pool areas just wish they had more cabanas available for non elite members. Also food & drinks ordered poolside take quite a while for it to arrive. As well as room service. Also beach areas has a lot of sargassum son definitely not the nicest beach but you’re close enough (boat ride away) from isla mujeres north beach which was clear blue water. Also highly recommend the snorkeling tour through the hotel. My daughter and I really enjoyed it. Overall great experience and would come back. "

"Everything was great until the last day. We spilled some coffee in the room onto the wood cabinet. We cleaned it up with the handtowel. They charged us for "additional cleaning" for the towel. What were we supposed to do? Leave it and damage the cabinet? Use the toilet paper - have you used the toilet paper there?? "
