“Antes de reservar deberían saber: -después de las 10 de la noche no hay ABSOLUTAMENTE NADIE en el hotel que te pueda ayudar a resolver si tienes un problema, ni en recepción, ni en garita, literalmente el hotel se queda solo, hasta las 8 am llega de nuevo el personal. Eso me parece un pésimo servicio y además peligroso. -las instalaciones del hotel están súper descuidadas. Le falta mucho mantenimiento, no es como lo muestran en la publicidad. -tener en cuenta que el hotel está a más de 40……

“This is our second time staying at Orchid House, yet again, it did not disappoint. The hotel is beautiful and beach front, they have a beach club where Luis was top notch customer service! Gracias Luis! We were in La Paz to celebrate my husband’s birthday, the staff decorated our room while we were out on our tour, making the birthday celebration even more special. Gracias Kenia!”

“Staff was super attentive. Spa was amazing! Messages were very good! We had breakfast included, well worth it. Food was great at each spot here. Clean rooms and property. It’s is off from the main area in city but close enough so it quiet area and upscale area. They have a gate to get into property area(which is big). Coming back next year and staying here again. Worth the money”

“The Hotel was cleanish. The AC worked great in the room but the room super small and had no refrigerator, microwave, safe or even a closet. Pool area was nice with access to beach next door. I would have given a better review if it had at least 2 of the items I mentioned above. AC in the lobby did also work. Breakfast was so so.”

“La habitación limpia”

“Mi esposo y yo estuvimos 4 días y 3 noches, en general fue muy buena estancia, el dia que llegamos la habitación estaba muy limpia, solo que si hubo un día que no realizaron limpieza a nuestro cuarto, no sabemos por qué, pero tratamos de no ensuciar. El primer desayuno que tuvimos fue muy bueno y completo, los otros días estuvieron regulares, al parecer la cocinera estaba de vacaciones. Es un lugar tranquilo, la alberca es muy agradable y tienen acceso a una playa lo cual se aprecia, con gusto……
