「Staff was very help full, restroom and beds , needs to upgrade , very low standard the price was charged,we stayed in saudia , at Marriott Makkah , Shaza at madina and we were expecting five star , because this hotel was build long time ago but rooms need up grade, next door room can hear all notices late nite disturbing rest and sleep, but any way our family enjoyed breakfast and enjoyed stay and we will come again Insha Alah. PS Front desk staff were outstanding ,raja Z (U S A)」

「After a tough day when babusar pass got closed before we could pass and had to return from Naran. Ramada was an excellent surprise. Great property, exceptional staff and great food. Highly recommended in Murree for sure. If you love calmness and serenity with a top class atmosphere, make it your next stopover.extremely happy」
