「I've always stayed st this property abd generally it's 5 stars. However, this particularly Unit needs a refresh. Only one burner working in the stove and generally lower quality than I'm used to. It was cheaper than other units and that should gave been an indicator that the quality was not up to par. Still Fisherman's Point is always a good stay.」

The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival.
