“Tv was a nightmare! Huge screen but on Tuesday I couldn’t turn it off or mute it so had a terrible night. Emergency phone number didn’t respond. After new batteries it still wasn’t working properly. “The Woodlands was a beautiful stay. I loved the surrounding wild life and peacefulness about it. Staff were wonderful and went out of their way to support me, being I am disabled and require a stick to walk. The bed was extremely comfortable, clean & fresh. Nice hot showers.
