The location is very good, very east to find, it is a very peaceful area, it also has the sea view from my room, parking can park next to the supermarket. However the room is very small, but it should be very small in the overall highland area, just depends how much you pay. Thanks!

旅館的地點很不錯，算是天空島入島後一小段路程，旁邊還有超市跟加油站，對於自駕旅遊的人來說非常的方便，早餐也很豐盛呦～！

no hairdryer in the room, bathroom's door is disru
no hairdryer in the room, the bathroom's door is disrupted and can't be closed. the room price is not equal to its quality. the bathroom shower onky have hot and cold choices. the watet's temperature can't be mixed. it's horrible to take showers.

早餐很好，入住那天酒店餐厅提供不了晚餐，估计是有旅游团入住，吃饭的人太多，餐厅制作人员有限吧。到酒店外面对面，有一家看似不错的小海鲜烧烤店，也被告知得等三个小时才会有空位，再也找不到其他餐厅了，无奈，好歹酒店旁有一家超市，买了点三文鱼之类用来果腹。

Liked that could get a room at last minute. Desk clerk helped with opening window to cool down room. Room was too hot and stuffy. Knew getting a small room didn’t realize how small. Didn’t feel like got moneys worth. Staff was very accommodating

The hotel interior is a bit outdated, but ended up feeling homey. Our room was comfortable and clean. Great local selections in the bar and the dinner we had there was great! Breakfast was standard buffet level, but they had lots to select from. Well located in town and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The parking was not great. We finally got a spot because someone was leaving but if they did not the parking would have been a really issue. Food was average but the people were wonderful and very helpful. Would go again

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Wasser, jedoch hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Das Restaurant hat einen tollen Ausblick, aber das Essen war leider nicht zu unserem Geschmack.

The king-size bed was horrible - we could not sleep and had a back ache the next morning. As a hotel, if you can’t provide a comfortable bed, everything else is fluff that doesn’t really matter. Staff were not friendly at all. The restaurant across the street, which we thought was wonderful due to its close proximity, had a very rude staff/owner that made us feel very unwelcome. Would not recommend, to anyone, to stay here ever!! Hotel needs to be updated with new mattresses first and foremost - then start working on staff and hospitality.

The bar area was relaxed and spacious with good views and atmosphere. A good base for touring the island. Hotel is a little tired in places but didn't detract from our stay. Breakfast was straightforward but sufficient. Would consider staying again.

Historic hotel perfectly located right on the bends of the River Ness. Short walk to town.

A cheap, comfortable option for those on a budget. There was a Co-op next door to pick up some cheap eats/wine etc. Bar and food prices at the hotel were a bit steep I felt. No real criticisms of the hotel itself. And our ocean view from our room was one of the best hotel views we’ve had.

Rooms were very cold and smelled very damp. The window was broken and could not close properly. The room was so dirty, there was hair everywhere that was not ours and there was so much dust. The hot water boiler was not emptied and cleaned out properly from the previous guests. The dinner was overpriced and not good as well.

The room was cold, damp, and not clean. Definitely not as advertised on line!! When we asked to be moved, we got a room with 2twin beds, small room again, definitely NOT worth the price of the room!!

Meh...
Basic accommodation. Clean and adequate... but could be much better with just a bit of work. Staff were hit and miss... Some were great and a couple were rude. Food was the same.... adequate but nothing stellar.

The location of the property was good. However, the hotel itself is very old, I don't really think it was worth the price, especially since the rooms are very very small and did not have a fridge. Which is something that is important for when you're travelling so we can put our food inside the fridge for the night. It isn't a place I would stay again, but if these things don't matter to you, then a one night stay may be ok.
