“My partner and I absolutely loved the cottar! The interior is like a museum with many pictures, paintings and historic tools from the herring fishery exhibited. The house offered everything we need, including a very well equipped kitchen. The view is stunning and with the binoculair provided we enjoyed watching seals playing just in front of the house. Eoin was a great host and who showed to really care for this cottage and his guests. Would definitely recommend! :)”

“This property did not disappoint! It is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The hosts were very communicative and very helpful. They helped us plan our days on the island. They also had instructions on how to use different pieces of equipment around the house. The views from the windows are lovely but are equally rivaled by the walled garden from the dining table. We were so sad to checkout!”

“Arriving at this property, it looked like a construction zone. We hardly had room to turn in to be off the street. When I called, the property manager met us and informed us that the deck was being redone which should have been finished when we arrived, but obviously wasn't. She assured us that we would not be bothered and honestly, we were not bothered in the least after we settled in. We still should have been advised of the project prior to arriving. We found the property very clean and……

“We stayed for three nights at this amazing cottage and loved every minute. The house has a quaint atmosphere, but all the modern amenities was very clean. It’s only 15 minutes from Portree so we ate out one night and cooked in for tonight. Fridge was large, and the kitchen was equipped with, most of the basics we needed. The beds were comfy and the view is out of this world. If you were planning to do laundry, the washer and dryer does work, but takes quite a while to dry. Our only suggestion……

Owner was very easy to communicate with and provided all the details we needed in advance as well as having additional information available at the residence. The house was very comfortable and charming. It is in a great location for views over the city and a close walk to the grocery store, town, and dock. Street parking was no issue for us. We would highly recommend and return.”

“This a beautiful location right near the ocean. We could sit on the porch and watch the sunset over the mountains and ocean. The apartment was well stocked and smelled amazing. We LOVED the bathroom. Perfect romantic getaway!!!”
