Horrible hotel

We reserved a 2 bed studio which showed on the photo a photo of their deluxe room. When we went there They said reservation is gone and they will give the deluxe room for 1 night and then the following day different rooms. I was very annoyed when he said this and the next day we was shown different room which was two bedroom but not like it was described in description. I assumed the two studio separate bed was within the same apartment. But he kept saying that I reserved 2 separate studio not in same apartments. Anyway then we had to accept a small apartment with 1 single bed and 1 double bed in same room with my 24 year son. The condition of the bed and pillows and duvets were in bad state. They plates and sink was horrible and had no liquid and scourer to wash . There was only 1 cereal bowl and due to the condition we didn’t want to use it. The shower room was discussing too. It was very old and worn out . The bathroom door was a struggle to open when locked from inside because the knob was rusty . Everything about the toilet was rusty and horrible. The curtains did not cover the whole window so light came in after sunrise. The hotel staff do not speak and understand English. It was a nightmare and we had no choice . I would not give 1 star at all

This is good place to stay if you don't mind so much about cleaness. The bathroom is very diry, the room table shaking, but most of their workers are very friendly.

Bir ay öncesinden rezervasyon yaptığım halde, gittiğimde çifte rezervasyon yapıldığını gördüm. Berbat bir odada geceyi geçirmek zorunda kaldım. Otelin yanına bile yaklaşmayın.

I have stayed in lots of hotels but this was the worst place I have ever been. Hotel doesn’t have any breakfast. You can find a cheaper one and with breakfast. Internet connection was so bad. Rooms are clean and well designed. To be honest I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were dirty, they didn’t change the sheets for every another tourist. You should have to ask for new sheets, and to ask to cleaned the rooms. The half of wall missed off the plaster wall.Once they accommodate you, they move you to another room. Old, dirty linen I’ve never seen any like this. It was uncomfortable at all.

Rezervasyon yaptığınızı düşünerek hotel e gittiğiniz de hotel de sürpriz ile karşılabiliyırsunuz çünkü otel yöneticileri gece gittiğim de rezervasyonuz yok diyebiliyor mailim den onay kodunu gösterdiğim halde yine de bu durumu devam ettirebiliyorlar ertesi günü otelin müdürü gece de ki arkadaş görmemiş rezervasyonunuz vardı diyebiliyor ama ertesi gün olmuş daha ne fayda o saatten sonra ertesi gün olmuş mağdur olan ben. Hotels.com adına güvenip rezervasyonu yaptığım hotel gerçekten vasat bir hotel, hotels.com un anlaşma yapması çalışması bu gibi hotel ile bütün güvenlerimi yıktı. Siz de gideceğiniz hotel hakkında araştırmadan gitmek hiç akıllıca olmaz, hotels.com adına güvenip rahat bir rezervasyon yapın diyemem, yaşadığım şey rezalet.

Room was really small for a family of 6, even though i had specified the number of people. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room was not adequate as we were given dirty towels folded within clean towels. The valence sheet on the beds were not clean as in the corner there was a washed out blood stain. The walls were also stained and dirty and the bathroom was not clean upon arrival.
