Hotel ist relativ sauber und ordentlich. Allerdings wurden wir bei unserer Ankunft an der Rezeption darüber informiert, dass unser Zimmer nicht bereit sei, und wir mussten für eine Nacht in ein anderes Hotel ausweichen. Da unser Check-out um 12:00 Uhr ist und unser Flug erst am Abend geht, haben wir als Ausgleich dafür, dass unser Zimmer bei der Ankunft nicht vorbereitet war und wir die erste Nacht mit unserem Gepäck in ein anderes Hotel mussten, vorgeschlagen, im Zimmer bis zum Flug zu bleiben. Darauf sind sie jedoch nicht eingegangen. Stattdessen bot man uns einen Transport vom Hotel zum Flughafen an, den wir mit 50 € bezahlt haben. Das Navigationsgerät zeigte eine Fahrzeit von 1:45 Std. zum Flughafen an, jedoch sagte der Fahrer, dass wir 2:45 Std. fahren würden, weil er einen anderen Weg nehme. Wenn wir schneller fahren wollten, verlangte er zusätzliches Geld, obwohl wir den Transfer bereits im Hotel bezahlt hatten.

The service was excellent. All staff were very kind and friendly, especially the receptionists. The room was small but very clean and had all the basics. The area is central but it's in a narrow street and you have to go up the hill to make your way to Sulltanahmed centre. The breakfast wasn't that good. It had a limited selection of food and mostly cold staff but does the job and it's ok if you're not too fancy. Overall the hotel it's a very good option to stay close to the main attractions of Sultanahmed

Good location and courteous staff

Although there are things that can be improved in terms of cleanliness and room comfort, the friendly staff is always available to make everything better. I also think the accommodation is quite competitively priced. The hotel is fairly new with great location. Rooms are tastefully decorated and bathrooms are of good size with essential amenities. The blankets are tad small for a couple size but the matrasses are comfortable. They have complimentary tea and coffee with kettle in the room. I liked the breakfast, however, there was no toaster. They have fruits, cheeses, hot meal and baked goods. In overall, we had a pleasant stay. We wish all the best to the hotel team.

Chambres modernes et bien equipees. Personnel accueillant et petit-déjeuner tres correct. Hotel Bien situé. Evitez la navette aeroport proposee par l'hotel qui n'est pas a l'heure et pas moins chere que les taxis. Privilégiez le metro dans tous les cas.

The air conditioning never works. The street in front of the hotel gets closed every day and we had no idea about this before booking. Terrible service. Found another hotel and left 2 days into our trip.

Great location in the old city, close to most iconic tourist sites, as well as easily walkable to many forms of public transit. The maid service was hit or miss, but any need was taken care of as soon as it was made known to the staff. The room was small by Western standards, but certainly sufficient for two--and modern, clean, and new. The morning breakfast fueled and delighted.

Sauberkeit top, Service top, Lage top. Frühstücksbuffet klein aber alles was das Herz begehrt und frisch - Obstauswahl war super - Erdbeeren und Marillen zum Frühstück, liebs. Zimmergröße genau richtig, Platz zum umdrehen und das Bad auch sehr schön und schlicht. Auf jeden Fall zu Empfehlen und gerne wieder!
