The BREAKFAST - bounty array of fresh dishes, and made to order stations that cater to every craving; premium quality of food, bread, fruits and drinks, simply unbeatable price! The LOUNGE ACCESS is a magnificent view to landmarks with affordable value for all they provide- the curated drink menu and gourmet small plates not to mention the artisan pastries, made me feel like VIP! The SPA & The POOL The Starbucks next door. We were ASTONISHED by all the beauty of the hotel (better than Central Park’s NY hotels). The videos & website’s hotel cannot capture the magnificent views, the superb hospitality all the staff who provided a royal treatment in a sophisticated atmosphere! "My stay at Seven Hills Palace Hotel in Istanbul was absolutely wonderful. The property itself is gorgeous—beautifully designed, elegant, and full of character. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even more memorable. One of the highlights was the breakfast. It was outstanding—an abundant spread with fresh, delicious options that made it easy to start each day slowly and enjoy the view and atmosphere. I also highly recommend booking a private guide through the hotel. I spent a day exploring with Lucy, and it was one of the best travel decisions I made. For $180, you get a full day (roughly 10am–4pm) with an exceptionally knowledgeable guide who can tailor the itinerary to exactly what you want to see. Lucy’s depth of historical and cultural knowledge is unmatched, and she made every stop—from the major landmarks to the small details—far more meaningful. If you’re visiting Istanbul and want a beautiful place to stay with outstanding service and a truly memorable experience, Seven Hills Palace Hotel is an excellent choice."

"The lobby area is nice, the Safran on highest floor is spectacular but insanely pricey. breakfast is not that good for a self proclaimed 5 star hotel. The rooms and things in it are quite dated. The sea view from 6th floor wasn't that nice and was obstructued by crumbling apartments. Overall, didnt like this hotel and wont come back."
