「Wellnessbereich nicht genutzt Zimmer zwar sauber jedoch kennt man wohl kein Putzmittel für Armaturen. Immer sehr fleckig. Schon am Anreisetag! Verschmierte Dusche Glas nicht trocken gewischt. Täglich frische Handtücher wenn man das wünscht. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Sonnenschutz auf Balkon unbrauchbar. Kühlschrank kühlt nicht richtig. Wir haben dann täglich Eiswürfel gekauft um die Getränke kalt zu bekommen. Zimmergröße ausreichend Balkon mit 2 Stühlen und Miniaturtischchen. Innen nur...

Nei dintorni non c'è assolutamente nulla a meno che non ci si sposti a San vito ma se si cerca pace e tranquillità si è nel posto giusto. Personale sempre disponibile e colazione abbondante e buona. 「Parking à l'intérieur de la propriété, portail automatique avec télécommande. Deux chambres à l'étage vue mer, les autres donnent sur le jardin. Bord de mer accessible à pieds depuis l'hôtel à environ 20 mn. Attention pas de plage, pas conseillé avec de jeunes enfants mais de belles balades à faire. Sinon rien à dire niveau propreté, les chambres sont faites entièrement chaque jour. Petit déjeuner correct mais pas incroyable, peu de choix.」

Beskrivningen av rummen stämmer är inte helt korrekt eftersom det finns bilder på gemensamma utrymmen för rummen. Balkongen var liten, inget bord. Mycket bra läge nära restauranger och stranden」

「The staff were very nice, helpful, accommodating and polite. The breakfast was wonderful. My room was nice with a view from our balcony. What I did not like was - There was no pool. If you are staying here be sure you are able to climb up an incline and climb stairs. There is a shuttle for a small fee to the beach and a small fee for beach chairs and an umbrella. Walking the town at night was great but dinner reservations are a must!」

「We stay a block away from the hotel very dingy room. Air conditioning not working leaking water. We complained and they said that because we didn’t book directly through them that was what was available to us. Ask for room service and they said it was impossible because we were too far from the main building. The lobby staff were extremely rude 」
