Excellent service, especially for the rest room, the hotel has provided many kinds of free drinks for the customers. The free miso soup provided by the hotel is extremely delicious!!!

Swift check-in process and friendly staff. Lockers and bathrooms were a bit small, but has little affect on the overall experience.

8/10 Good
I do not like the big hot tub bath. But there is one and only shower booth, seemed to be collabsable in any minute. The water pressure is very unstable, very hot or very cold, difficult to adjust. Other than that, the free breakfast & dinner are a surprise. Simple but free!
