“This is one of the best stays in Japan we have experienced. We are a family of 4, with 2 young children aged 2 and 4. From the moment we drove into the carpark, to the check in service, late night request for a diaper bin, until the very last moment we left, Sorano gave us a warm welcoming and relaxing feeling with excellent service. “The building is old. The unit bath was very narrow and the toilet was old and dirty. There was no outlet in the bathroom so we couldn't use a hair dryer etc. The steps to the loft bed were too steep and when we sat down our heads almost hit the ceiling. The lights in the room were dim.The room we stayed in didn't have a dining table, just a small desk and a chair, so one of us had to sit on the bed to eat.
