“I wish our stay could have been longer! The suite is very big and comfortable. While retaining architectural features of the 200-year old building, it has all modern comforts. The kitchen is fully stocked for guests to make their own breakfast. Staff speak excellent English. Really really nice! ”

“A nice boutique hotel with great staffs. Location close to old town. Bed is comfortable and breakfast tasty. Two minor issues with my single room. First being no wardrobe. Second the bathing area is too open and water do spill out and wet the floor a bit.”

“We would stay here again. The location was great with a park across the street and nearby grocery stores. No restaurants were open nearby, despite it being Saturday night. The room was generally quiet and the sheets were super soft. The room was big and had good options to lay out our suitcases. The room also had a mini fridge, however there was no bottled water in the room. The toilet seat and toilet paper rack were both very loose, but the bathroom had a fan. The fridge and fan were extra nice……

“A must stay if visiting Quito. Old world, charm, exceptional accommodations, and amazing customer service. What amazing place to stay in Quito in the heart of the historic district. The hotel is so charming and welcoming. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, spoke fluent English and provided exceptional service. Our room had a great view of the Virgin Mary and the beautiful mountain surrounding Quito. Breakfast was wonderful, cooked to order and they even personalize our plates. Check in and out……

“Hotel was in a great location and easy to walk to everything! Breakfast was simple but delicious. Staff were helpful. However, communication prior to the stay was very poor (taking days or weeks to respond, if at all) and then even though they confirmed in writing that they would pick us up from airport, they never showed up! We were left waiting at the airport at 3am and ended up catching a taxi. Also, our toilet (room 10) was faulty the whole time and wouldn’t flush properly. Everytime we……
