"室内が綺麗に見えて汚かったです。。。お布団もカビ臭かったので、主人は使わずに寝てました。お皿もベタつきありで、何度も洗い直しました。洗剤がきっと中身と外見が違う気がします。油汚れの落ち具合が悪過ぎました。ただ、宿泊に際しての対応は早くて丁寧で良いと思います。二度目はないと思いますが、ありがとうございました。"

"I am grateful to the service rendered by Nitta Teruo san and his team at the hotel. I had lost a hairline at the onsen area and thought I would never get it back. The hair clip, though small, was used by me since my pregnancy and had sentimental value. Teruo san went above and beyond to send the hair clip back to my next hotel in Tokyo. I really appreciate the team for going the extra mile to make our stay at the hotel a pleasant one. The hotel was huge and and the onsen was simply lovely. We will be back for sure!"
