「櫃檯服務人員很用心、貼心，會幫忙從飯店入口就搬行李到進房間解說、離開飯店時也會幫忙；另外也都可用英文來溝通。房間佈置蠻舒適、溫控也很合適，可惜馬桶蓋下有黃漬沒清洗乾淨，這點如果被別人看到應該是大扣分。晚餐、中餐份量都很適中，也都能吃到主廚精心製作的當地特產料理，餐廳內也都各自是獨立區隔的小包廂。地點附近有間超商、一間Lawson，走路可到松江遊步道，也可走到伊東車站。從房間落地窗就能看到海岸，地點非常不錯」

「超級美麗的飯店，我們住的是房間有溫泉的房型，早餐餐都會幫我們安排在窗戶旁邊。最喜歡豐盛的早餐，每天都會有新鮮鰤魚生魚片。日本的生魚片超級好吃，我很喜歡員工都很有禮貌，我當時是去慶祝生日的，飯店有一位男性員工超級親切，從我們上桌開始就提供很溫暖的服務，他先是為我們打字翻譯，祝我生日快樂，並且提供了生日雞尾酒，然後當我詢問他是否有蛋糕可以購買時，他幫我詢問了廚房的人員表示沒有蛋糕，但最後當然很驚喜地幫我準備了一份小蛋糕慶生裝飾的非常美麗，這讓我印象深刻！我記得那位員工好像叫黑澤，他真的是非常好的人，希望飯店可以為此表揚他。房間還有房務人員細心地提供了一個毛巾做的生日蛋糕我真的好喜歡我在這裡度過一個溫暖愉快，而且難忘的生日非常喜歡這間飯店。」

「I checked out and then headed off to tokyo, only to realized after i arrived at tokyo that i forgot my backpack near the stairs of the building. forgot it while i was moving other luggage. called our host and she immediately helped find my backpack and contacted me within a few minutes after she found it. super helpful. 」
