There was NO carts to bring in luggage. The clerk said there were ONLY TWO for the entire property and could not locate either one. We had to carry 2 loads of luggage and we are 65+. I had a lot of questions prior to renting due to me being out of state and not able to see property prior to renting it for my brother who needed a place to stay until his apartment was ready.
