“We had a bottom floor room with a door that led out to the patio which was right on the river…. It was so relaxing rocking in the chairs and watching the river rafting folks navigate the river!!! Beautiful place for quiet time in the morning!!! Also please visit Quirky Bird restaurant!!!! What a gem!!! Best Pizza we’ve ever had!”

“Property was well cleaned and staff was very supportive. Breakfast was good. Some area of improvement is Lift which is very old and close early. Also it will be good if items have name listed for breakfast so it will be easy for vegetarian to select. I will definitely plan to stay again if plan to go Maggie valley next time.”

“Rooms weren't as clean as I would hope. Beds need to be replaced. They are awful! Pool was nice and we enjoyed that. Staff was friendly. Decent for the price but won't stay again because of the terrible beds.”

“Rooms were very clean. Staff was helpful. Parking can fill up because of the bar/restaurant that is off the lobby. Restaurant was nice and had good food. TV was bad. Most channels would not come in at all and others were glitchy. Shower pressure was not very good. There were no issues with my service dog. Great experience overall.”

“This beautiful community had much to offer with free parking as well as a buffet breakfast. Staff was excellent. A large swimming pool and pickleball courts, and the ability to take walks all around the large lake filled with gardens was ultra/desirable. Playgrounds for the kids looked nice. A great space for conferences or time with family or friends. Numerous wedding venues throughout. Several choices to eat on the property and many other restaurants nearby”

“Great location, very clean and comfortable! Friendly and welcoming staff, from the front desk to housekeeping. Even on a holiday weekend it was family friendly and quiet. Coffee at the free continental breakfast was surprisingly decent! However for the caffeine snobs, would recommend a quick drive to historic Hazelwood for Beach Mountain Diner and the coffee roasters cafe across the street.”

“The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor.”
