The hotel rooms are very clean, The fact that they provide a covered parking area is great, as I was there on a bike trip.
The outdoor pool was very clean, and the front desk staff was very friendly.
Very nice and clean Hotel. Mexican Restaurant on the premises so no need to leave. Great atmosphere and also had Complimentary breakfast.

Property is worn and dated, a remodel is sorely needed. However, excellent staff made up for the property’s shortfalls.
Breakfast is the usual institutional fare served by everybody else. But again, the staff put their own unique talents to work and improved the flavor, especially the turkey patties which appeared to be fried in some sort of grease. Definitely an improvement over other chains.
Property was well cleaned and staff was very supportive. Breakfast was good. Some area of improvement is Lift which is very old and close early. Also it will be good if items have name listed for breakfast so it will be easy for vegetarian to select. I will definitely plan to stay again if plan to go Maggie valley next time.

At Waynesville/Dellsboro entrance to Maggie Valley so lowest Big rooms. Elevator and luggage carts a problem. No real view. Surprisingly good Mexican restaurant atttached to lovby( I’m not normally a fan). Soundproofing ok but dog friendly, so occasional barking dogs. Maid service every three days
All of the staff were friendly and very helpful! The room needed to be wiped down a little better, the sink counter and floor were a little dirty. The breakfast bar was wonderful! Other than the cleanliness needing some minor improvement, it was a wonderful stay!

Not a bad place. The hotel was dated and could use a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom door in our room didn’t shut all the way. Prices were reasonable.
Mexican restaurant in the hotel is very good. The food was great and the bartender wasn’t shy with the drinks 😉
The front desk staff was nice - but that’s all this place has going for it. We had three rooms reserved. One room was okay - smelled moldy and musty. My kids allergies were crazy the entire time (they are highly sensitive to mold)
Our other two promised rooms hadn’t been cleaned. Trash and unmade beds. It definitely was not cleaned by staff. We asked for two new rooms. The first room was fine but the smell of bleach was pungent and irritating. The next room I got had a hole in the wall with water leaking down past the first bed. Not sure where it was coming from. I had to get another room and it too had a pungent smell of bleach and it kept me from sleeping well. The hallways are dirty and dark as in much need of updating. Mexican restaurant inside was mid at best - and we found paper product in our food. Staff was nice but not much more to say than that.
I would say if you have sensitivities to mold I would stay away from staying here. We only stopped here for one night and it was one night too many. The other reviews were over generous and nothing like what we expected when making our reservations.
Old hotel ( former Maggie Valley Inn ) dressed up to look new but just didn’t have that new feel. Staff were great. They could’ve done better with the bathrooms. Tub with a shower just shows its age. Composite wood floors were nice looking. Elevator needs lots of love tho. All in all is was okay

Friendly and courteous staff.
Nice rooms - clean and quiet
Mexican restaurant food and staff were great! the hotel that it's attached to unfortunately is not. Our rooms were heated and the beds were clean, so it served the purpose while our truck was repaired.
