Our floor was loud around 11:00 p.m., with people laughing and yelling, and there was also banging and lots of running from the room above us, as well as noise from outside the hotel. A nearby venue appeared to be playing music earlier in the evening, and while I can’t say for certain, the combined noise made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. 「Severe basically in and out, I did tell them we wanted on 1st floor. We had a room, but there was no vanity in the bathroom. The receptionist told us we could switch rooms we declined to do that. I do suggest even if someone was handicapped there should be a vanity in the bathroom and towel holders. The shower could use a mat of some sort as when it is wet it is slippery. All in all it was a nice clean room. Staff were friendly, loved having it paid for before we went.」

「Room was filthy, especially the bathroom. No soap, shampoo or any other basic bathroom necessities were in place. Showers curtain was filled with mildew. TV wasn't working correctly and we were told it would be replaced the next day. After returning the next day, the TV was new but we had no signal to watch anything. Asked for another room, but denied in leiu of a room discount. Breakfast was below average, but it was quiet. Staff were nice but the service and overall value was incredibly...
