“Second floor property that served our needs well. There are a couple of hazards that are concerning (stairs leading to the property are a little wobbly and wooden treads are bowed so make sure you watch your step, & metal transition strip by exterior door in kitchen is installed in a way that leaves a dangerously sharp exposed cut edge that could easily cost you a trip to the hospital) but overall the place was as advertised. ”

“This rental has everything you could possibly need during your stay and is in such a great central location. The property is such a cool historic space, perfectly renovated for modern convenience. Beds are super comfy, kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. One of the best VRBOs I’ve ever rented! ”

“I’m sorry to say that my wife and had to contact Expedia in order to get information about checking into the unit, since the host did not contact us three days before check-in and did not respond to our emails and text messages. It seemed to us that the apartment was both very noisy and in need of quite a bit of maintenance. I’m attaching a couple of photos that might give an idea of things to be addressed. “We had a great stay. There were 10 of us total, ranging from 1-60. There was plenty of space for us to hang out together or go off on our own. The host was responsive when we could not get the code to work on the upstairs unit and that was the only major problem we had. Would absolutely stay again, especially when it’s warmer out since there is a deck and a spacious back yard.”
