"Excellent place to stay where you can sit in your bed in the morning and watch the elk out in the gated field. The staff was wonderful and the housekeeping staff was better than any place I’ve ever stayed. When we went out for the morning and didn’t come back until afternoon, our room looked like it did when we first checked in. There’s no extra frills at this hotel, but it is location, location, location that matters. "

"This was the cleanest, best maintained hotel we have stayed at in recent history. It might be rated a 2 star, (not sure how hotel rating system works) but this had a “family owned” feel and it was immaculate. We enjoyed the coffee, hot cocoa and snacks in the lobby as well as made use of the fireplace in our room. A microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator/freezer were a bonus. "

"Great room with a good shower. It’s nice to have a microwave & fridge in the room as well. The staff was helpful & polite. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi which has a fireplace next to it! It created a relaxing ambiance. We dined in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised - the service and food were excellent. The hotel offered us a free shuttle ride to the tramway there & back. We highly recommend doing this. Awesome experience. Wonderful hotel! "
