"The beds were very uncomfortable "

"Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful rooms and hotel in general. Breakfast was amazing and even had gluten free options in the morning! Although, our experience was tainted by screaming misbehaving children in the pool area and it sounded like others were jumping off the beds in the room above us at night. This was not the hotel’s fault though. Might not be a good place for a romantic getaway with all the screaming kids."

"Young lady at the front desk provided us with a dirty room with a wrenching smell of cigarettes under the pretense that it was a clean room—mind you, it had a no smoking sign inside. When we told her we could not stay, she was disrespectful and hard to give a refund back. We are currently disputing the charge because she did not accept it. Stay away"

"The hotel is old, and some areas of the room weren’t clean. The sofa bed mattress had stains.."

"Dirty sheets and blankets for the sleeper sofa. Booked room specifically for 2 doubles/queens was disappointed it was king + sleeper sofa. "

"The room was not nice at all. We paid extra $$ for the Jacuzzi tub and then after fighting with the plug in the tub for 20 minutes, the water was almost cold. The plug was broken and we just barely got it to stay plugged. Plus the room was literally two rooms that they cut a doorway in and left both doors to the outside but one wasn't even sealed off but the furniture was in the way so it wasn't even usable. The walls had really bad patch jobs all over it and the ceiling was peeling and looked like it had been leaking. There were several places where the ceiling looked like it had been leaking. The paint in the bathroom looked like a child painted it and the couch was burnt orange and looked like it was from the 60s. Very unhappy with our room and we will NOT be staying there again. "
