Beautiful Beach Condo

The condo was located close to the beach, about 5 min walk. There was a wagon, beach chairs and plenty of beach toys for our kids to play with. The wagon was a big bonus to help haul everything to the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The master king bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and private, which was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

We had a great time staying at the condo for our vacation. We had a very short walk to the beach and when the younger kiddos were done with the ocean they asked to come play in the pool. The only reason we gave the overall rating a four was we didnt have quite enough TP, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent for 8 nights. We would stay again though!

Wonderful, dog-friendly condo in fantastic location!!

The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. The condo fit our needs perfectly and had a great layout. Lots of good amenities (pool, tennis, pickleball, dog-friendly). Clean and well-equipped. Easy walk to the beach and Sliders. Can highly recommend this for your Amelia Island stay.

We loved Amelia Island and this great condo!

Our family of 5 plus pup had a great time during our 6 day stay. The condo was as described, well decorated and included small touches that gave it a home-like feel. The neighborhood pool and courts (we played pickleball) were great. The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all. We appreciated the extra chairs and beach towels. There is plenty to do in the area- restaurants, shopping, putt putt, ice cream and we even took advantage of the YMCA which accepted our VA membership status. I am not sure the listing says this but there is a washer and dryer, super helpful!

Pluses and minuses

This condo is 2 blocks from the beach making it nicely situated. The condos were likely built in the 1970’s and felt dated. Unbeknownst to us there were several heavily scented plug-ins. The awful scent lingered on all of the soft surfaces - especially bed linens. We unplugged them and a slight mildew odor ensued. The lightening was terrible. Easy fix - get soft/warm bulbs. Had all of the kitchen essentials. Nice towels and comfortable beds (pillows could use an upgrade). Cheap living-room furniture. Overall, the place was okay and with some easy fixes could be good.
