Amazing pool and Great rental

The rental property was excellent, the pool was a great hit for my kids! Our only issue was we had is the house is not exactly young kid friendly with a lot of items made out of glass, ceramic etc used as decorative pieces.

Great spot

This is a great location and wonderful quiet neighborhood. House was very well stocked and great layout. Only 10 minute walk to The Beach Diner great place for breakfast and a quick drive to the main shopping and restaurant area. Only one small advice is to put window/door coverings for Main bedroom as lacked privacy. Great size bedrooms. Wish the pool was heated but loved the backyard.

Amelia Island

This is our second time staying at this house. Everything was crisp and clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool is huge and the fenced yard is perfect for your fur babies. The home is in a very nice older neighborhood, only a couple miles to the beach or downtown, so the location was perfect for Amelia Island. Management company was very attentive for checking in and any concerns. Over all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice island home

We spent two months in this roomy and lovely home. It was very clean and well kept. We loved the beautiful yard and pool. We spent most days hanging out in the comfortable sunroom. The bathroom grab bars and roll in shower were perfect for my husband who is disabled. Stacie, Jaimee, and Pam were lovely to work with and they made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this rental.

Great For Families

House was very clean and spacious, plenty of room for everyone to gather or spread out. House included all of the amenities needed for a great stay. Outdoor grounds and pool area was excellent! 5 minute drive to the beach access where you can drive on the beach. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful for ADA

Our kiddo is a wheelchair user and finding nice vacation rentals to accomodate his needs and add ease and quality to our travels can be challenging. This served all of our needs perfectly and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out. We would reserve again.

Perfect House

Great location at Amelia Island! The house was very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, blankets, etc. The pool was absolutely perfect in a private backyard at the end of a quiet street. Great communication with property managers before and during our stay. We’ll be back!

Great house and pool!

Good three bedroom house with private pool. Lots of interesting furniture and cool artwork in the house. Enjoyed the Florida room. Scenic and sunny private pool with deep end. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of towels and wash cloths in the two baths.

Fantastic Home

Home was beautiful, clean and VERY well stocked with everything needed for a wonderful vacation. This home had more stock than most homes from spices to pool accessories to dog accessories to access to the garage. If you forgot something, they probably have it there already. The Beach gear credit was an additional plus. Pool was larger than most homes we have stayed. There is traffic noise behind the home. This did not bother my husband or myself at all. There are no TVs in any of the bedrooms. This was the only negative. All else was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay and wonderful service!

Private & Best Pool on Amelia Island!

My family (wife, 3 kids under 11, and small dog) and I just returned from our stay. All I can say is, if the property was for sale I would buy it! The best backyard on Amelia Island for private family pool time. We are a pool family, so having a nice big pool was a necessity! Beautiful back yard with fruit trees. My kids also love swinging on the hammock and the outside pull-up bar. The home is located at a dead end with no traffic. You are a fairly straight 5 min drive to the beach from there. I grew up going to Jekyll and St Simons, I would pick Fernandina Beach over them any day. Beaches are well groomed and have lifeguards. Property manager was very friendly and was easy to communicate with. Very prompt and professional. As someone who often rents from VRBO, I really respect that. This will be our “go to” rental on Amelia from here on out. It has everything you need.
