Beautiful complex!
My family stayed at this lovely property for 6 weeks and we loved it! It was close to everything we needed, the unit was lovely, the owners were very responsive, and the amenities were outstanding! We will be coming back!

Family event at UNF
Liked the location for us, in town for family event at and near UNF. Place is clean and comfortable, host is very responsive. We were too busy to enjoy the amenities. Would stay again in future.

Great location with plenty of things to do
5 mins from great shopping and restaurants, 12 mins from our favorite church(eleven22), 13 mins to the beach…clubhouse has nice pool excellent workout facility and it was really safe! Would stay again!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at this property! We are UNF alumni and were in town to visit old friends and family. The location was perfect to us. Jacksonville can be a tricky place to navigate staying in a nice part of town, and this area is not only super new and upscale, but also pretty centrally located in such a big city. The apartment complex is very well maintained and extremely nice. The gym was almost always empty and had the most up to date amenities. We loved the apartment, it was so cute and had everything we needed! Even traveling with a toddler it was a perfect place for us all! Jess and Jordan helped us fix an AC issue and were available for anything we needed! totally stay here again!
