Our second year at the cottage and it was better than the first. Clean, comfortable and steps to the beach. We couldn’t have been happier with our two weeks here!

Wonderful location
The location of the property was perfect. We enjoyed our time on the beach, Fort Clinch and old town area. The rental property was adequate. Furnishings were worn but adequate, kitchen set up was adequate. The overall property lacked the special touches I look for in a rental property. Vacation homes should make you feel special. I would not rent this property again.

Perfectly suited beach house with everything you need for a memorable beach vacation. Directly across the street from the beach access makes getting to the beach very convenient.

Peaceful getaway
We could not have asked for a better summer getaway for our family. The house was perfect, well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The best part was the location of the house, just steps from the beach. The beach was quiet and not crowded. The historic area of Amelia Island is worth a visit with a museum, shopping and restaurants. Communication with the host before arrival and after arriving was easy. We throughly enjoyed our week and look forward to visiting again!

Great cottage across from the beach!
We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The beach access was perfect. The house is updated and exactly as the pics depict. We loved the outdoor shower to clean off before entering the house. You are close to most all the restaurants in old town and just a mile from Salt Life where we ate twice! We will definitely rent again!!

Love Love Love!
This house was absolutely perfect for me, my husband, and my dogs. It was spotlessly clean inside and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of supplies for preparing meals. The location was the best part, the walk to the beach was so short and it was easy to run back to the house if we needed anything. Jean was super nice and made our stay seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again. Highly recommend!

easy access
First time in Amelia. Very convenient access to the beach. There are 2 ways to enter and exit the property which is nice because the road out front is a very busy road. No need to haul all your chairs, boards they are provided which was a first for a VRBO for me. Shelling and fishing was great. Great shopping even better food.
