Stay in a piece of Jacksonville history. This 1906 home was originally built in historic Springfield and moved to its current site, historic Riverside, in 1908. Less than half a block to the shops of Five Points, Memorial Park and Cummer Museum. This is loaded with charm, space, and modern amenities to make your stay in central Jacksonville wonderful.

What a perfect stay! Location was awesome! So many restaurants and coffee shops close by. Loved walking to the park by the river also. The home is very spacious! We were really pleased -- loved it. And the hosts have gone out of their way to make sure we had all the niceties we needed for our getaway. We appreciated the coffee and though we didn't use it, we thought the waffle iron and waffle batter fixings was a really nice touch. The patio is also delightful. We highly recommend staying here and would do so again if we return! Having plenty of parking was nice also. It was the perfect stay.

From the moment we booked the host was exceptionally prompt with communication and was extreamly helpful in fulfilling our needs. Once we stepped into the rentaly we were overwhelmed by the spacious interior, clean and inviting. Even though we only stayed 1 night, we were absolutely thrilled with this rental. Will definately book again and refer our visitors that come to Jacksonville.

Love Jacksonvile to begin with but this house is in a perfect spot and the history and character it has was amazing. We were able to walk to Publix for a few things and it is close to so many restaurants and businesses. The weather was beautiful and the patio was perfect! Had a question and called instead of texting and owner pick up right away! Everything was excellent right down to the nice neighbor who allowed us to love on her little puppy while walking her. Great stay and would stay again!

Excellent apartment in the Happening Five Points neighborhood

This renovated home gives a lot of space to travel with friends or family. Two bedrooms plus 1.5 bathrooms. It is located in a great area near the Five Points restaurants and a Publix right around the block. The apartment was generally clean; there are two separate sitting areas with plenty of room to spread out if needed.
