Situated on the south end of the island on the fourth floor of the gated Surf and Racquet Club complex, this condo boasts a number of luxuries and amenities to make your next vacation the best that it can be. With pool and tennis court access included and direct access to the beach, you are always just a few steps away from a boatload of fun. Entering this fourth floor unit for the first time, you will be astonished by the incredible ocean views from your very own private balcony, the colorful and well-appointed sea-themed decor, updated appliances and furnishings, and the bright, comfortable atmosphere. Surf & Racquet A124 includes a large updated kitchen, which is fully equipped and offers direct sight into the main living and dining areas for easy communication and entertainment. This unit is a corner unit and therefore features a large window to the south in the dining area, making the entire room a bright and pleasant space to hang out.

Immediately off of the living room, you can enjoy spending time on the fully furnished balcony, surrounded by sea breezes and stunning sights. Watch the sunset in the evening from this spot with a glass of wine and a good book, or, if you're more of a morning person, greet the morning sunrise with a cup of coffee. A124 offers two bedrooms, including a spacious king size master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as a second bedroom, featuring two twin size beds.

All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are also provided for you to use during your stay.

We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.
