Salt air and the sound of the Atlantic greet you the moment you arrive. Wide glass doors frame the coastline from inside, pulling the horizon into every room. Step through to your oceanfront terrace and watch the waves roll in along Ponte Vedra's shore - a view that shifts from golden morning light to deep evening colour without ever losing its pull. Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom holds a king bed for restful nights, and the great room's pull-out sofa extends the space comfortably for up to four guests. The open layout keeps the terrace and coastline in sight from both areas, so the setting stays with you whether you're winding down or just waking up.

Living space
The great room flows naturally between the indoors and the terrace, with an HDTV with Roku available when you want it. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep the space comfortable whatever the weather. A private entrance with keypad self check-in means a smooth, flexible arrival on your schedule. Wifi and a dedicated workspace are on hand if you need to stay connected.

Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen is well equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper dinner. A refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of dishes and cookware are all included. Pull up a seat at the dining table and let the day settle in before or after the beach.

Bathroom and laundry
The bathroom includes a bathtub and bathroom essentials to support your daily routine. A washer and dryer add practical convenience - especially useful after long days on the sand or for guests staying a little longer.

Outdoor setting
The terrace is the centrepiece of the stay. Uninterrupted ocean views stretch out in front of you, and direct beach access puts you steps from the shoreline whenever the pull of the water gets too strong to ignore. Sunrises here are worth setting an alarm for.

Location
The condo sits along Ponte Vedra Boulevard, well placed for exploring the area. TPC Sawgrass, Ponte Vedra Inn & Spa, Jacksonville Beach, and historic St. Augustine are all within easy reach. Free parking on premises - 1 space - makes coming and going simple.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
