「Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.」

「My family of 3 loves this hotel. The triple room is a good size for 3 people. The walk-in/roll-in shower is good. It was quite noisy throughout Friday and Saturday nights though as our room was exterior-facing. There’s a supermarket just across the street and there are many good restaurants near the hotel around Gothic Quarter.」

「Good location for family」

「Updated clean room and excellent location」

「Excellent location and a fantastic room. A bit of an unpleasant smell on entering the property but other than that I can’t fault it. Check in and luggage storage at HotelCalifornia-the staff couldn’t do enough for us. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here.」

「Loved the location, literally next to La Rambla and close to subway station. Highlight of the stay was the spa pool, with steam and sauna room. Room was a good size but the only down side was that the noise from the plumbing, could be loud at times. Not sure if it affects all rooms but didnt disturb our sleep.」

「Perfect location. nice staff. clean room and beds. travel with kids under 12 is very safe area. Many shops and restaurant around the hotel. 」

「Great location, nice room & nothing can complain」

「Very central location great for sightseeing on foot. We would have preferred a bath (in a Classic room) as well as the nice shower. Snd would have preferred a buffet breakfast but the breakfast is plentiful and very good so you will not go hungry.」

「Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel où nous sommes restés une semaine. Personnel charmant et convivial. Propreté impeccable. Excellente localisation.」
