"Check in was easy and number pad entry system works well. Having a drive for the car was very welcome.The property is a good size with a very nice living room, good kitchen and 3 bedrooms.It is very clean with nice furnishings, and there are nice touches such as slippers for upstairs and plenty of 'movement' lighting at night.The location is quiet (and seems friendly) but it is within a 4 minute walk of a bus stop (to Newcastle and Durham) and 10 minutes or so to a good Tesco and the town centre.It's also only a few minutes drive from the A1.One of the bedrooms is quite small and the double bed fills much of the room. The bathroom is also small for the property with a small shower. This was fine for the 3 people in our group.Overall a very nice place to stay and ideal for exploring the area."
