“When we arrived we saw immediately that the sofabed in the lounge was broken and could not be used to sit or sleep on, this was disappointing as it meant there were not enough beds for us all. We contacted the owner and the next day a chap arrived with an airbed. We requested that the sofa be replaced but that did not happen. The wiring in the property is very precarious with one of the light fittings dangling precariously from a plastic junction. The shower does not work. When drawing the……

“We stayed as a group of 8 ladies, we we watching a show at the stage making this apartment the perfect location. Directly outside the metro station, with a few minutes walk. The apartment had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend ”

“The WiFi are very slow”

“I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.”

“From the moment we arrived till the morning we left we were made very welcome by all the people involved in running the OYO . They went above and beyond to help us out from Georgia booking taxis for us to my friend behind the bar going to his house to get me cigarettes when I had run out big thanks (hope you enjoy Edinburgh 👍👍👍) cleanliness spot on ,food amazing,and very reasonable for top quality,. would recommend to anyone looking forward to seeing you all again thanks ”

“the free upgrade was very much appreciated All the staff were amazing the free drinks and packet of chocs in the room were a welcome surprise especially as it was a birthday break . However the meal in the attached restaurant was disappointing both taste and cost wise the and the drinks were too expensive ”

“Good location for city centre and big enough for a large group”

“Loved everything about the hotel, except that the apartment was very cold. They did try to fix it to no avail. We had to use the bedding to cover us up whilst sat on the sofa. The breakfast was really nice and the staff second to none. We were attending a wedding nearby and they ordered us a taxi We would definitely stay again but maybe nit in the apartment unless the heating was fixed for the colder months.”

“The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open.”

“A warm welcome met us and a lovely meal in The Stables. Attentive service and really tasty food. The room was clean with really comfortable bed and fluffy duvet. ”
