“Not great for EV drivers as when you take the car to charge, you cannot return to the hotel to park. And the cleanliness in the bathroom prevented me from bathing my 3 year old.”

“Was amazing great comfy bed i slept in the last morning thats how comfy it was. Room very clean indeed. Breakfast amazing and staff were wonderful couldnt ask for any thing better would highly recommend 👌. Location was excellent too. When working away again would definitely stay again. “Check in and out was quick and easy with friendly reception. All the staff were excellent, especially the ladies serving the evening meal. They all seemed happy in their work, and a credit to your company. The room was good, the bed massive, and the shower powerful. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice from cereals, fruit and cooked food. One of the best we’ve had. The evening meal was also very good, great choice, quickly served and a reasonable price Overall, very happy. ”

“When we arrived we saw immediately that the sofabed in the lounge was broken and could not be used to sit or sleep on, this was disappointing as it meant there were not enough beds for us all. We contacted the owner and the next day a chap arrived with an airbed. We requested that the sofa be replaced but that did not happen. The wiring in the property is very precarious with one of the light fittings dangling precariously from a plastic junction. The shower does not work. When drawing the……

“We stayed as a group of 8 ladies, we we watching a show at the stage making this apartment the perfect location. Directly outside the metro station, with a few minutes walk. The apartment had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend ”

“From the moment we arrived till the morning we left we were made very welcome by all the people involved in running the OYO . They went above and beyond to help us out from Georgia booking taxis for us to my friend behind the bar going to his house to get me cigarettes when I had run out big thanks (hope you enjoy Edinburgh 👍👍👍) cleanliness spot on ,food amazing,and very reasonable for top quality,. would recommend to anyone looking forward to seeing you all again thanks ”

“I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.”

“the free upgrade was very much appreciated All the staff were amazing the free drinks and packet of chocs in the room were a welcome surprise especially as it was a birthday break . However the meal in the attached restaurant was disappointing both taste and cost wise the and the drinks were too expensive ”

“The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open.”
