「Trash in can, greasy nightstand, hasn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. Smashed bugs and dog fur. I found 4 species of bugs in the room to include bedbugs. I left and slept in my truck at a local gas station.」

「So everything was fine until this area experienced a flood...lobby and first floor were destroyed along with all the vehicles. They staff here in weston wv Hampton will absolutely incredible. Their concern and compassion for those of us guests who were stranded was above and beyond. They were just awesome in a horrible disaster」

「The surrounding area was very dirty. Cigarettes everywhere, dust. Seems that they don't really clean and they have also construction items everywhere. The pool was disgusting, water was green. My room smelled pretty bad, like humidity and dirt. I had to buy a room refresher for it. Bed was comfortable and bedding sheets was cleaned. But I did find some small death cockroaches and spiders in the room. Front desk staff was ok. Breakfast was alright, not to bad for the place. I've being eating at...
