"This hotel operates without front desk staff for check-in. Instead, you enter the main sliding door using a code sent to you with your reservation. "I've stayed in this hotel a few times, and it's generally good. They have now installed a self check-in kiosk. A voice over a speaker helped me check-in. I personally don't prefer this method. It's very convenient and I probably would stay there again if ever in Suwon. "
