“The staff at the property was excellent from the front desk to the people that took care of the rooms. We had fresh linen every day. Our trash was emptied. That was excellent. The property is old. It needs help. It’s in such poor shape even the elevator didn’t work one day for sometime it just needs to be updated from the AC system to the carpeting in the hallways. It’s a very poor condition the bathroom tiles, the grout, the caulking toilet leak the whole time not on the floor but internally,……

“It's an older hotel, but very well kept and always affordable! The washer and dryer work great and only cost $2.00 per machine! Anywhere else you're paying almost $4, just to start one cycle. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.”

“The beds are terrible. They are on a metal. Frame so every time you would move it sounds .like someone hitting a metal dumpster The mattress were not very comfortable and the room had an order when we arrived. Had to air out the room. We will NEVER stay here again. And whe we checked out at 7;15 am. The door to the office was locked ”

“Check in was easy, host was helpful and informative. Room condition was disappointing. Bed cover was frayed at edges, towels were thin and we were given only 2 towels for a 2 night stay, batteries in the TV remote were not working, heater knob for bath heat lamp was broken and heat light could not be turned on. also, they had a sound machine which is intended to play soothing music. again, no batteries and not in working condition. Closet area had only 1 hanger, :( Room layout was……
