“Excellent!”

“This was a fun and interesting place to stay. There wasn’t any staff there, so it was private. Down side of that, was we didn’t have clean linens or restock of coffee etc. We would have liked to play darts, but there weren’t any darts. We played pool for a while, but didn’t have any chalk. The records and player were great upstairs. With it being an older building, the floor was very creaky. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time!”

“Never saw any office staff - door was unlocked (as our email said) and all was clean and cute place. Coffee maker did not work but coffee shop was across the street.”

“The home was sparsley furnished. Could have used some additional comfortable furniture. Also didnt have extra blankets or hair dryer. Kitchen was oddly stocked. ”

“Remote location was quiet and private but very close to Ft Davis as well as other area attractions (Mcdonald Observatory, Balmorhea State Park/San Solomon Springs Pool, Ft Davis State Park, Marfa, etc.) The cabin was clean, well-equipped and the bed was super-comfortable. Saw aoudad sheep and many Texas songbirds during our stay. There's hiking available with great views of this spectacular ranch property”

“We enjoyed the place, nice small and quiet area. There were some things that the place was lacking. The cleaning supplies was not enough to clean bathroom and kitchen area. No cleaner for the tub or toilet bowl was provided. The kitchen could definitely use more cooking utensils and kitchen towels. “Our stay at the High Frontier Resort was only 3 days in the middle of the week, so we had the entire place to ourselves. Check-in was quick and easy, as our room keys were waiting and available at the door.
