“Reserved this property initially but host contacted me a week or so before our stay was to begin and told me this property was no longer available. Host offered full refund or stay next door. I noticed from next door listing we were losing a bedroom and a second story deck which we had been very excited to use. When I pointed the loss of the bedroom and deck, Host offered to discount the stay at the property next door which was acceptable. Place was easy to get into, clean, and nicely……

“We loved this property and Madison in general! The host was quick to respond to communications and gave great recommendations of things to try in town. The room was clean and well-stocked. The location was great for walking if you don’t mind about 10-20 minutes to get to places (the historic homes make the walk absolutely worth it!). Overall, we’ll be happy to stay here again!”

The bed is very comfortable and the washer and dryer is a great plus. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and you can’t really hear anything from the other units in the building. The host was very communicative and everything was very clear for check in and check out. I will make this my go to place when I travel to Columbus for work. ”
