“Lovely hotel with a warm welcome. The room was clean and comfortable with a sparkling bathroom and everything just as you would want it. Varied and plentiful breakfast. We also used the restaurant for an evening meal and the food we ordered was delicious, an excellent live saxophonist playing as we ate. Will definitely return. ”

“very friendly helpful staff, low prices in the bar, inexpensive restaurant and breakfast, basic rooms with rather old decor but in good condition and clean. Good amenities eg pool.”

“Room was very nice and spacious. Breakfast was whatever you wanted eg Full English; kippers; scrambled egg; cereals; fruit; ham/cheese as much as you wanted.We were only B&B and did find it hard to book dinner because it was so busy! Spa was excellent, pool; sauna and jacuzzi. Great shame this hotel is closing for good on the 31st October to be knocked down and rebuilt for apartments!!”
