Fantastic family experience

This property was clean, warm and welcoming! The balcony has the most amazing view, the kitchen was prefect! Showers so fantastic! We can’t wait to come back again!

Beautiful & Comfortable apartment

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We are a family of 8 and everyone had enough space. Very comfortable beds, clean and quality comfortable furniture for relaxing time. There's lots of space and beautiful finish. Great location very close to Mamilla and the old city. I would definitely stay here again. The property manager was quick to respond and attended to all our needs. Beautiful place! Thank you for helping to make our trip so enjoyable!

Not what I expected

I would like to share my experience regarding the property I recently stayed in. While the location is excellent, the property itself does not reflect the quality or condition depicted in the advertisement. Specifically, I noticed several issues that need addressing: the property is not well-maintained, with malfunctioning blinds, stained walls from wear, and a lack of essential amenities necessary for a comfortable long-term stay.Additionally, I encountered significant difficulties with the property management. There was an error in processing the security deposit. This error led to my credit card being canceled, causing considerable inconvenience. On the day of check-in, I was forced to exchange multiple WhatsApp messages with the management to resolve the situation, as they were unable to process the pending balance in a timely manner.These issues have significantly impacted my experience, and I believe they warrant your attention. I trust that steps will be taken to address these concerns for future guests.
